100% if they added that AND did away with all the categories they did away with at the same time. If they ONLY added Romantasy and kept all the other categories, it'd be a non-issue. They also already have a Romance category and TWO other fantasy classifications. Fantasy and Young Adult Fantasy. They do not have Poetry, Young Adult Poetry, and Love Poetry. This is not an issue of Romantasy being popular with women and society hating things that women like. Women also like poetry and the category was done away with. This is an issue of lack of representation in key categories for the sake of what is "popular" (in their opinion). Asserting that folks are upset about the addition of Romantasy OVER keeping poetry, children's, middle grade, and graphic novels because of misogyny is just downright false.
