The Poetry Paradox: A Free Creative Writing Seminar

In this one-hour seminar, Anne Marie will walk participants through the idea of “The Great Paradox” of poetry. What is it? And how does one incorporate it to strengthen creative writing?

Participants will explore example poems from Andrea Gibson, Joshua Bennett, Sarah Kay, Ada Límon, and Meredith Martinez and have time to put their new knowledge into practice with a writing exercise and writing prompt.

Q & A session will follow.
